Anyone enrolled in a full-time programme of study is eligible to pay at the student rate. In this case the registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the student's supervisor confirming his or her status.

The registration fee for regular participants and students includes:

• participation in the scientific programme of ICAME 2013
• conference materials including Conference Programme, Book of Abstracts and bag
• refreshments during the breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes refreshments during the breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.

Refund policy

Partial refund (70%) will be possible for requests arriving before July 15th.
Requests will be processed after the end of the Congress.
After July 15th, if you are unable to attend the Congress, one of your colleagues may use your registration and payment (with notice given to the Secretary of ICAME 2013).

All fees should be paid in advance in euros.

After payment of the registration fee, please send a scanned copy of the bank transfer receipt (or any other kind of digital receipt) to the conference secretariat at e-mail icame2013@irb.hr.

Payments  by  credit cards  (Master, Visa, Diners, American) will be possible on the registration desk.

On-site registration and Information Desk

The registration desk will be open on Sunday, September 1, 2013.  
On-site payement of the registration fee will be possible by a credit card or cash.

Official invitation

An official letter of invitation to attend ICAME 2013 will be sent upon request to those participants with an accepted abstract, requiring it for visa application or other purposes. Please note that such an invitation letter does not imply the assumption of any obligation, financial or otherwise, by ICAME.
