Preparation of Contributions

Abstract submission

Participants are invited to submit abstracts fitting the conference topics. Each abstract must be prepared in English, following the proposed abstract template and uploaded using the Abstract upload form.

Please do not include a page number in your abstract.

The deadline for abstracts submission is extended until Monday, 22nd April, 2013. All conference contributors, including invited speakers, have to submit an abstract before the deadline.

Authors of the accepted abstracts will be notified by e-mail by April 30, 2013.

 

Oral presentations

Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes including discussions.

Invited lectures are limited to 30 minutes including discussion.

 

Poster presentation

All accepted posters will be presented in afternoon Poster Sessions. One board sized 90cm (width) x 120cm (height) will be allocated to each poster. Only accepted posters can be presented, and one of the authors has to be registered for the conference. Registered posters will have an assigned code indicating the day of the presentation and the board on which it should be displayed.

Please do not forget to remove your poster at the end of the conference. The organizing committee will NOT take the responsibility of removing and keeping your poster after the end of the conference.

ICAME 2013 Student Poster Award

ICAME 2013 offers an ICAME 2013 Student Poster Award at the International Conference on the Applications of the Mössbauer Effect (ICAME 2013) in Opatija, Croatia. Seven winners will be selected and will receive a certificate at the Conference Dinner on September 5th 2013.

Eligible for the ICAME 2013 Student Poster Award are undergraduate or postgraduate students as well as post-doctoral researchers.
