Registration fee – 0.5 Euro – on a one time basis
Insurance – 0.25 Euro daily per person 

Payment conditions

Payment should be made directly at the reception of each individual hotel at your arrival. Major credit cards are accepted. (American, Diners, Master Card, Visa)

Reservations

The room reservations for any of the hotels listed above must be sent in written form to Grand Hotel Adriatic (Congress site) by email or fax and not later than 1st June, 2013.

Important notes

Individual hotel reservations will be made on the basis first come first serve.

Be aware that August and September are the High Season in Opatija and room reservations for periods prior to and after the Congress should be made on your own, as soon as possible.
